Our mission: make saving a public video you have the right to keep as simple as it should have been all along — no fake download buttons, no wall of pop-ups, no watermark stamped across your content.
VidPeel is a fast, independent tool built to do one thing well: take a link to public media on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, or Pinterest, and hand you back a clean, original-quality file you can save — without watermarks, without pop-up traps, and without quality degradation.
Beyond standard video downloads, VidPeel supports full photo and carousel slideshow extraction, instant MP3 audio ripping, and video transcripts with zero signup required.
It started as a project after getting frustrated with downloader sites that bury the actual download button under three fake ones and deceptive pop-ups. VidPeel is built to be the tool we'd actually want to use ourselves: fast, honest, and clean.
Who's behind it
VidPeel is an independent project built and maintained by Adedayo Hassan.
I built VidPeel because most video downloaders bury you in popups, fake buttons, and forced sign-ups just to save a clip. This one skips all that — no account, no watermark, nothing sold to advertisers.
How it works
You paste a link to a public post. VidPeel securely inspects the page's public metadata to locate the highest-quality media stream available and delivers it directly to your device as an MP4, MP3, or high-res image. We don't store your files — temporary streams are erased from our server immediately after download.
What VidPeel isn't
VidPeel isn't affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google, X, Facebook, Pinterest, or any other platform — it's an independent, third-party tool.
VidPeel isn't a way to acquire rights to content. Downloading a video doesn't change who owns it — ownership remains governed by the original creator's intellectual property rights and platform terms.
