How to save a TikTok video without the watermark
TikTok's official app stamps every saved video with an animated logo and username watermark across your content. That's fine for simple reposts within the app, but if you want a clean copy of your own content for professional video editing, archiving, or repurposing on other channels, here's how to get one in original HD quality.
Step 1: Copy the video link
- Open the TikTok video or photo slideshow in the mobile app or on tiktok.com.
- Tap the Share icon (the arrow button).
- Tap Copy link. It will look something like
https://www.tiktok.com/@username/video/1234567890123456789orhttps://vm.tiktok.com/ZM.../.
Step 2: Paste it into VidPeel
- Navigate to the VidPeel homepage.
- Paste your copied link into the input box and tap Get video.

Why is there sometimes still a small watermark?
TikTok controls which version of a video stream is exposed publicly, and availability changes over time and across different geographic regions.
